Drive by yourself from Shuinan Cave via Jinshui Highway. If there is a fork in the road, you can also go to Quanji Hall and report to the mountain. There are many temples in Jiufen, but there seems to be only one faith center, Quanji Hall, in Jinguashi. Quanji Hall is like a local earth temple. Going to worship no matter how big or small it is is a part of daily life.
